Equinox

Equinox is a small, two-story, open-air bar in the funky Street 278 not far from Independence Monument. The bar features live music nights, open mic comedy evenings, rotating photo and art exhibitions, dance and quiz nights, and serves up great pizza, steak, and other bar food.

Eclectic is probably the best way to describe the bar and the crowd that frequents it. It is a great urban hang out and good value during happy hour from 5 – 8pm, when its draft beer and cocktail specials are a bargain.

There is a pool table for more chilled out times, but when the live music starts pounding and the house starts shaking, you will want to be dancing.
