It’s all about Gallic gastronomy at this friendly bistro, set somewhat incongruously in an old butchers. Thankfully all that remains of its bloody past is a fantastic space set with big oak tables, cosy leather chairs and rustic window-pane cabinets, providing the perfect backdrop for great food at surprisingly affordable prices (even, unsually, in the wine department with bottles starting at DKK 100).
A word to the wise: make sure you and your partners are compatible in the cuisine department. The restaurant runs a tray-serving concept (help yourself everyone) where starters and desserts are non-negotiable with everyone getting the same, whilst main courses are made for at least two people.
