Day 1-2: Arusha- Serengeti NP
Depart Arusha for the legendary Serengeti National Park. On arrival have lunch and head for afternoon game drive on the Serengeti plains. On the following day you follow the migration and have spectacular views of lions picking off the weaker and calves, leopards hauling grant’s or Thomson’s gazelles into their leafy larders, cheetah with their electrifying burst of speed, chase similar prey, large herds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffalos, impalas and antelopes can be seen all year round. Dinner and overnight at Camp/Lodge in Serengeti
Day 3: Serengeti- Ngorongoro Crater
Early morning, depart Serengeti for Ngorongoro crater with your picnic lunch via Olduvai Gorge where the skull of Zinjanthropus nicknamed “the Nutcracker” due to large back molars found by Dr. Louis and Mary Leaky in 1959, the museum behind Olduvai's viewing platform provides some further clues as to the secrets such as the prehistoric tools and the bones of extinct animals and the exhibits, tell their own story of yesteryear. You will visit Maasai boma and have lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge in Ngorongoro
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
After having a hearty breakfast, you descend down to the Crater floor. Zebra and wildebeest mix on the crater floor along with some 50 lions, 400 hyenas, grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, cheetah, antelopes, hippos, various types of jackal, greater and lesser flamingo and many other species. Dinner and overnight at camp/lodge in Lake Manyara
Day 5: Lake Manyara NP- Fly Home
Leave Ngorongoro after a buffet breakfast for Lake Manyara National Park. As you drive through a luscious green underground water forest, you will spot tree climbing lions, buffalo, dik-dik, giraffe, hyenas, impala, baboon, monkey, bush pig, wildebeest, hartebeest, hippos and many more. In the afternoon, head to Kilimanjaro International Airport and fly home
