Peyton and Byrne

This is part of a small chain of cafes, bakeries and restaurants located at various venues including The British Library, The Wallace Collection, The Royal Academy of Arts and The National Dining Room at The National Gallery. I love their take on old-fashioned British baking and usually pop by their cafe at St Pancras station to pick up treats to take home. My favourites are the classic Victoria Sponge, the moist fig roll and their divine Jaffa cake. I've tried many of their cakes but always return to these three!
