Having grown up on British classics like the Flake and Crunchie bar, I now go to Paul A Young for exquisite handmade chocolates using the highest quality ingredients. Here you'll find unusual flavours such as pea and mint or carrot cake, but I love the award-winning sea salted caramel truffle. I buy both small bars (which last longer) or boxes of self selected truffles (they're supposed to be eaten within seven days, which isn't so difficult). There are now three branches in Soho, Islington and Bank.
