A smart new restaurant continuing the good old British tradition of fish and chips. Sit at the bar or slip into a booth at the back for more comfort and space.
The fish, fried in batter made with beer supplied by the local Beavertown brewery, arrived perfectly crispy. Choose from cod, plaice or haddock. We had cod with minty fresh mushy peas and double fried chips. A knickerbocker glory to share was the perfect end to lunch, served with fresh raspberries and toasted hazelnuts.
If you don't feel like fish and chips, the menu offers other options such as Dorset Rock oysters, a fish finger and pea puree butty or Isle of Man lobster and chips. There's also a great children's menu for the little ones.
