Hanalei Okolehao Trail "moonshine"

Trail follows the hihimanu ridge. 2 mile hike and offers 360 degree views of hanalei bay and waioli valley. Beings at teh Chian Ditch off the hanalei river. Follwo the trail through lightly forested grove, at the y take the first right and then take the next left up a steep embankment. CLimb is lined with hala, ti, wild orchid and ucalupyptus. First view at the mile marker.

Follow ohiki road (north of hanalei bridge) 5 miles to U.S> Fish and Wildlife service parking area. Directly acoross street is small bridge that marks trailhead, hanalei.
