Bens d’Avall is located on a cliff high up, in a cozy, peaceful and yet a bit wild area on the coast of Mallorca. Ben Vincens creates a new cuisine modernising the traditional one and making full use of the rich variety of local, fresh, quality products of this mediterranean island.
