Michelin starred restaurant under Australian chef Brett Graham. Although the dining room and service are formal, you're made to feel very welcome and relaxed from the start. The set lunch is excellent value for money, at £30 for 2 courses and £35 for 3 courses. The cheese selection is certainly worth the £10 supplement. You can go a la carte too. The tasting menu at £105 in comparison is not as good value, particularly the £95 vegetarian version (one course consisted of a single spear of broccoli). In between, there is the dinner option at £80 for 3 courses and Sunday lunch is £50 for 3 courses. Since April 2013, only the tasting menu is available on Friday and Saturday evenings.
