In the traditionally shady neighborhood of NoPa, is the beloved Nopa restaurant leading the way of the neigborhood's transformation. It's organic kitchen includes grass-fed beef hamburgers and filtered tap water as opposed to the wasteful bottled water. The communal table lends to the neighborhood feel and welcoming interior. The kitchen stays open until 1 a.m. every night. Little known: On Nopa's rooftop are housed live beehives for fresh honey.
