Dilmos Milano

A mix between a museum and a retail store, this space is a tribute to avant-garde furniture and decor. The exhibition space started in the 1980s with emphasis upon the “poetical significance of objects,” leading most of their furniture to have a strong “narrative force.” This tradition of only selecting pieces that tell a story and distinctively communicate the designer’s philosophy is still carried on today at Dilmos Milano and makes for a worthwhile visit.
