La Carta de Oaxaca

The name translates to "the menu of Oaxaca," and that's exactly what you get. From the handmade tortillas to the traditionally authentic spicy dishes characteristic of the Oaxaca region. It's a great restaurant to grab a few drinks and sample the tasty menu. It's one a few "Best Mexican Restaurant" in Seattle awards, so you know it's bound to be good. Another plus: the loud, kitschy decorations that usually make up the tacky ambiance of Mexican restaurants are nowhere to be found. Instead the walls are lined with artsy photographs of the Oaxaca area.
