Blue Bottle Coffee

This is Blue Bottle Coffee's first location in Manhattan, which is housed in a former loading dock of the Milk Building. The company has expanded across the country (originating in San Francisco) because of its unique attitude toward coffee purity. They never serve coffee older than 48 hours out of the roaster. The coffee is roasted with vintage gear and it should come as no surprise that they are huge on sustainability as well. Each cup is individually brewed on the drip bars unique to Blue Bottle.
