A mix of a Viennese coffee house and old bohemia of East Village, OST Cafe has certainly got the coffee house ambiance down. Their are velvet armchairs, but seating fills up fast and note that the Wi-Fi is turned off on the weekends. Try the Nutella cookie sandwich (and that's an order!).
