The Flying Goat

There is a reason The Flying Goat is constantly voted best pizza in Spokane: it really is. The crust is phenomenal (and I don't use that word lightly) and each pizza is incredibly unique. Take the Dalton Pizza for example: Honey apple BBQ sauce, pulled pork, house cheese blend, caramelized onion and coleslaw. Or the Fairview: Cream, cheese blend, house smoked back bacon ham, pears, blue cheese crumbles and balsamic reduction. Divine.
