Book Bindery

In an industrial warehouse overlooking the Lake Washington Shipping Canal, sits the modernly elegant Book Bindery. It actually used to be a book bindery which is still reflected in the decor (we're talking bookcases and leather upholstery). The chefs have a few Michelin stars between them and the modern American cuisine certainly reflects that. The greenhouse dining area makes for a magical dining experience -- if you can get a seat out there, take it!
