Prospect's interior is warmed by earth tones and made unique by artisan-made decor. The loft-style space is usually packed with business folks after work is out. Stop by later for a drink or earlier for lunch to avoid the crowds. The grub is upscale American with dishes ranging from seafood to goat. The wine list is quite extensive and includes many quality bottles. Little known: the same people behind Boulevard (also featured in this guide) are the same people who opened Prospect.
