With family-style plywood tables and a massive front door letting in tons of light, Birch Coffee lives up to its name. The interior is lofty and spacious and the ambiance has been compared to a college-town coffee house. The owners are big on sustainability and locally sourcing ingredients, which makes this a perfectly responsible coffee shop in which to indulge. Best part: there is a massive library upstairs.
