This beloved neighborhood spot still serves some of the best tapas and spanish cuisine in Seattle. There's been a recent shift in management after 13 years, but their menu (think cured tuna with marcona almonds, gordal olives & olive oil, just for a mouth-watering example) is just as unique and tasty as ever. The menu changes with the seasons as well as every other week. There are only a few tables and barstools but it is well-worth the wait. If you can, get a table at the upstairs kitchen side-bar or an outside table in the summer.
