While this is a beloved tourist destination, there are plenty of nooks and crannies in which to curl up with some work. If you're looking for quiet, go to the third floor, as the main floor can often be flooded with picture-taking tourists. Still, it is a beautiful and inspiring place to work with architecture to gawk at and sunlight streaming in through the windows. Check the hours before you go, as they close early some days.
