skinflint is well hidden from the busy streets of Temple Bar and Dame St. It's almost as if they wanted to keep it just for the cool locals. The interior is a total hipster grotto: quirky frames on the wall, old doors used as tables and kitsch random objects on the counter. On the menu, you have a choice of 'things that aren't pizza' such as mac n' cheese serrano ham cups (€4.75), chicken liver and brandy pate (€5.95), house baby back ribs (€7.95/€13.95), meatballs and salads.
