Although Gusto continues to be an eden in the city, the menu has undergone a complete revamp under UK Chef Tim Ross-Watson, who did a stint with the eponymous Gordon Ramsay in London before opening The Garden of Eden on our shores. Expect well-made Italian classics like Spaghetti Carbonara and Mushroom Risotto that juxtasposes East-Meets-West cuisine like Char Siew (Chinese barbequed roast pork) pizza and Calamansi Meringue Pie.
