Tucked away at Quayside Isle on Sentosa Cove, Museo combines a classy bar restaurant and painting studio under one roof. It has floor-to-ceiling windows through which you'll see pretty yachts lined up in a row at One'15 Marina Club. Add to that the view of the upmarket, waterfront bungalows and you'd think you were in Sydney. The view is so great, you might be inspired to paint it - which you can actually do in the restaurant's studio ($38 per person, materials provided).
Try the River Prawns and Linguine ($28) - aglio olio linguine with juicy, baked prawns. If you can't settle on one dish, why not get 4 of their 12 Mezzanines for $39? Choices include Picasso's Blues ($12), a bowl of deep-fried prawns flavoured with lavender, and Joys of Life ($12), smoked roast pork belly with hot sauce dip. The bar's must-try is the Cucumber Mojito ($16), a concoction of white rum, mint, citrus and cucumber.
