Singapore’s first luxury boutique hotel – The Scarlet – is reopening its doors, all spruced up, after an extensive five-month renovation. The hotel’s bistro and bar, Our Korner, will open again and continue to serve up hearty international and Asian comfort fare. Tuck into their signatures like laksa clam chowder, chilli crab linguine, and minced pork aglio oli, or go festive with their set menus (starting from $35++) which include savoury delights like pumpkin baked cod, honey baked ham with terrine, along with sweet treats like the rose raspberry with lychee mousse.
