Vm-bjerget

The VM Mountain is designed by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels and his group BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group). The 80 apartments were built in 2008 and all have private rooftop gardens from which you overlook the surrounding green fields. BIG asked themselves how they could implement the relaxed and laid back atmosphere of typical suburban housing and bring this to the big city, where things move fast.

The result were this beautifully designed wooden mountain that is definitely worthy of a visit! The area near Ørestads Boulevard has some some other cool architectural sights as well.
