"This grand space located in the old rectory inside the Vibiana Church, a religious landmark on East 2nd and Main St. took five years to complete.
The high-level cuisine, drink and service does not fall short of its spectacular design and ambiance. You will enjoy a refined yet uncomplicated New American menu by Chef Neal Fraser and a robust cocktail program by Julian Cox. Redbird is currently only open for dinner service but will soon be expanding into brunch and lunch as well.
