There are two locations, the original Brixton Village location and the second Soho one (neither location takes bookings). The dry aged beef is supplied by top quality butcher The Ginger Pig and cooked medium / pink. The burgers (beef, cheese and Honest) are served with a portion of house chips with rosemary salt. There's also a free range chicken burger option. I thought the Honest Burger was rather tasty, as were the chips. The burger isn't huge but definitely big enough for lunch with the chips. I look forward to going back for more.
