Phở Thìn

Absolutely brilliant Hanoi pho. Order out front and take a seat. The beef here has a slightly smoky charcoal note to it, the broth is intensely beefy and the spring onions are a-plenty. Bowls stacked high with quartered limes and chilli add layers, as do the jars of chilli sauce and vinegar with garlic.
