Believe it or not this cafeteria, which smell like deep fryers, is sadly one of the most decent places to meet in Liverpool street station. It's quiet, uncrowded and some of the tables have power on the floor so you can recharge your phone. In top floor, next to vodaphone. Also has bathroom.
