Perast

The little Venice of Montenegro. It is such an idyllic place and best experienced very early in the morning as the town is just awakening, and apart from a few locals doing their chores you pretty much have the town to yourself. This little town lies just 20 min drive away from Kotor. If you come by car you have to park it by the entrance to the old city as cars aren't allowed to drive inside except for the people living there. Nearby there is a very upscale hotel and restaurant Forza Mare.
