Exclusive hotel & restaurant in the Tramuntana mountains, with a great view from the terrace. This is without doubt one of the best places to eat in Valdemossa, both for the food, the view and the service.

Due to the location, ambience and quality all a bit higher prized, main couses start at €29 mains but here is also the option of going for lunch if you're on more of a budget. They are additionally offering a 3-course Sunday menu at noon with live music.
My tip: go there afternoon or in the evening when the band (hopefully) is gone. You'll be able to have a conversation then:). And wear a shirt or similar since the clientele is well dressed.
