BUS STATION - AMARA PLAZA

Located just next to the Amara Plaza Silken Hotel.

If you arrived in San Sebastian by bus and want to head to the city centre, catch public transit #21 or #28.

Also, from here you can catch buses to Bilbao (use bus lines PESA or ALSA), Pamplona, Madrid, and Barcelona (mainly ALSA).

Localsknow tip: This is an unusual bus station in that it has no building and is not covered. In order to buy tickets, you need to go to Avenida Sancho el Sabio next to it (Sancho el Sabio Hiribidea in Basque) and look for the bus company you need. the desks are more like shops, nothing like what we imagine from a typical bus station.

Attention: A new bus station is set to be opened just next to the Renfe Train Station. Please be attentive to changes.
