Joe

Joe is an unassuming, doesn't-try-too-hard-to-please, kind of coffee shop. This place is less pretentious than your typical hipster joint, and sort of has you feeling like you're hanging in a pal's kitchen.

There's a giant wooden table that runs through the shop, providing communal seating that gives you a chance to rub elbows with locals.

Their baristas are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to make sure your order is crafted just right. Also, Joe breaks the coffee shop stereotype of sub-par baked goods, as their tasty treats (the salted peanut butter cookies in particular) are always fresh and delicious. Make sure to bring cash, as they do not accept any plastic at Joe.
