When a street stall sells only one dish, and it's busy every day, you know they are on to something good.
This hole in the wall serves up one of the tastiest noodle soups in the city - Bun Rieu Cua. The broth is made from a tomato base and then flavoured with a paste made from small crabs found in rice paddies. Tofu, crab cakes, vegetables and rice noodles are all added to create a symphony of rich flavours, which is further enhanced by their fiery home made chilli paste that you can add on your own.
