Considered by some to be one of the best graffiti projects in the world, "Crono" is a collaboration between City Hall and some well-known artists. They're targeting buildings waiting reconstruction and transforming them into pieces of street art while they wait!
This one in particular was made by the famous twins from São Paulo, the Italian Blu and SAM3, but there are plenty more all over the town.
