Note

During the Golden Era of the Khmer Kingdom, sculpture, art, and architecture flourished and a massive construction project united and mobilised the people. A thousand years later, the Angkor civilisation still amazes people and impacts current Cambodian art.

Angkor National Museum has eight chronologically ordered galleries of Angkorian artefacts and multimedia presentations. The museum is open from 8.30am – 6.00pm daily and admission is $12 USD for foreigners with an additional $2 USD for cameras. Guides or audio tours (available in eight different languages) may also be organised for an additional fee at the ticket counter.
