The café is part cake art gallery – the cupcakes are small works of art just waiting for you to capture them on film - and part not-for-profit training organisation, providing empowerment and skills for Cambodian women.
Located on the corner of Central Market and opposite the Fred Hollows Foundation Eye Hospital, the chic air conditioned café staff greet you with cold towels and complimentary water.
FYI: Blossom is the "training café" sister to Bloom Cakes in Phnom Penh and is an oasis in the city.
