Put your travel plans onto your mobile.
Create beautiful lists of restaurants and locations to visit with Everplaces. It's free, mobile and anti-roaming. Curious?
"What's great on the menu here?", we hear you ask.
Well...we can't tell you.
"Alright," you figure, "I'll look it up on their website."
Nope...they don't have one.
Mr. Price works a bit differently to the rest of the world. He strolls down to the market to see what looks the best, and then just cooks that. He writes out the menu by hand on a piece of paper and there is just one copy...for the whole place to share.
The "restaurant" looks like you've just lobbed into someone's house and, well, really you have. If you like top home cooking with super fresh produce and you are as interested in meeting someone who actually wants to have a chat and hear about your plans, then this is the place.
The main complaint you see about this place is that the clientele are all over 75, but like lawn bowling and crocheting, it's only a matter of time before the hipsters discover Mr. Price. You can lead that charge!
If Mr Price is closed or full or sleeping - fear not, just up on the corner is Melbourne's first gastro pub - The Courthouse. Set in a 1950's art deco building, this former Melbourne pub of the year is still whipping out some of the best food in town.
