The Santa Catarina winery, located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Sierra de
Tramuntana, offers wines being cultivated here for centuries. In 1985 the Santa Catarina brought back its wine production to the valley, producing award winning wines from local and international grapes since then.
Varieties like Prensal Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc (white wines) and Manto
Negro, Callet, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz (red wines) emerge those excellent conditions due to mild Mediterranean breezes, intense sun, cool nights and partly snow in winter.
With their winetasting events, they also offer the possibility to enjoy the world of wines in their sand-stone cellar.
