Where coffee is serious business, but comes without pretension. Great single origin varieties and brewing methods; they often highlight their ice drip and I'd highly recommend it. Food is in no way a mere supporting act – big, bold and brilliant. Try the potato rosti with bacon, poached egg, spinach and a slick of bagna cauda. Great space in what looks like a converted warehouse in trendy Collingwood.
