This quintessential Roman trattoria is kitschy and sweet, with simple homestyle cooking that makes you happy. Great pastas (ask for the daily specials) and Roman classics - saltimbocca, involtini. The stewed rabbit in wine is extraordinary. The tiramisu is properly boozy but never mushy, and when in season the simple dish of strawberries with gelato is unbeatable. One quirk - they only serve seafood on Friday. Book ahead, as it's always packed and they do two sittings every evening.
