Bloom Café and Training Centre

Bloom Café's slogan is “too beautiful to eat … too delicious to resist", which perfectly describes their mouthwatering cupcakes. Bloom is a stylish café that serves up great fair trade coffee and heavenly cupcakes. Not only that, Bloom is also a not-for-profit training centre that helps disadvantaged Cambodian women.

Located at #40 Street 222, a few blocks from Independence Monument, the café is well worth seeking out. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm.
